【Precautions】for Visits to the Hiroshima Factory

We commenced accepting tour reservations for our Hiroshima factory from general public starting April 3, 2024, and provided guidance on our Japanese website in late March.
We will also provide information on precautions to be taken during the tour on our English website.

Instructions for Factory Visits

・Please undergo temperature checks and hand sanitization upon entry, and kindly wear a mask throughout the tour. (Entry will be denied for individuals with a body temperature of 37.5℃ or higher.)

・For the safety and hygiene of the factory, individuals with suspected infectious diseases or those feeling unwell will be denied entry.

・During the tour, visitors will be required to wear hair caps provided by our company.

・Please be aware that due to production requirements, certain manufacturing lines may not be operational at times.

・Filming and recording of the manufacturing site, displayed videos, and staff are strictly prohibited.

・Please refrain from speaking to the on-site workers.

・No food or beverages may be brought into the production site.

・Entry will be denied for individuals under the influence of alcohol or accompanied by pets.

・Smoking is prohibited inside the factory.

・Bringing hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

・Age under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

・For safety reasons, entry for preschool children will be denied even if accompanied by guardians.

・If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or requires assistance, we kindly ask that an attendant accompanies them. Please note that we do not provide rental wheelchairs.

・We kindly request that visits from professionals in the same industry be declined.

The factory tour will be conducted in Japanese. Please note that we do not provide guidance in foreign languages or sign languages.

For safety reasons including evacuation guidance during disasters, individuals who do not understand Japanese will be refused entry even if accompanied by an interpreter.

・In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snowfall where ensuring the safety of our customers becomes difficult, we may suspend the factory tour.

・If a customer engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests or fails to cooperate with requests from our company, we reserve the right to refuse entry or request departure from the premises.

・We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries within the factory premises caused by the customer’s actions.

・Customers are liable for damages caused by intentional or negligent acts.

Please refer to this link for more details on the factory tour itinerary and how to apply.

We are actively exploring initiatives to ensure that customers who do not speak Japanese can also enjoy their experience. Please stay tuned for updates in the future.
